I'm Yvonne Tovar, a Monterey County REALTOR® with eXp Realty — but real estate is only one part of who I am. I'm also a wife, mom, proud Nani, and dog mom to my Border Collie, Abby, and my Bichon, Chanel.

When I'm not working with clients, you'll usually find me staying active and working out, spending time with my family and dogs, enjoying one of our beautiful local wineries, or doing something related to interior design. I've always had a passion for creating beautiful spaces, which naturally goes hand-in-hand with my love of homes and real estate.

Living and working in the Monterey County area has given me an even greater appreciation for everything this community has to offer — from our coastline and incredible neighborhoods to the food, wineries, architecture, and lifestyle that make this area so special.
